Hope Nelson, MSN, MPH, FNP-C

Hope Nelson, MSN, MPH, FNP-C is a Family Nurse Practitioner and Academic Detailer with One Tennessee. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University and Master of Public Health degree from the University of South Florida.  Hope provides primary care services in Knoxville while also supporting education and outreach initiatives focused on resilience, trauma-informed care, harm reduction, and adverse childhood experience (ACE) awareness through her academic detailing work. 

Her work bridges clinical practice, health education, and systems-level initiatives to improve outcomes and promote compassionate, sustainable care throughout both her community and the state. She resides in Knoxville, Tennessee, with her husband, Chris, and daughter, Margot.
