They are personable, and never make you feel like you’re of lesser intelligence when asking those “dumb questions” like previous doctors have in the past. The clinicians at this clinic are courteous and friendly. At the time of my arrival to the discharge of my visit, I was treated with care that fit the needs of my visit. My initial search for a PCP was only for a well check/physical examination. The treatment team was polite and time effective in my evaluation and treatment. The practicioner that checked my vitals was caring and sincere, while the nurse that retrieved my labs was easy going and comforting. Overall, this clinic effectively attended to my needs in a timely and oriented manner.

She listens to what I have to say. She doesn’t interrupt me and tell me it’s her lunch time and I have to leave. Dr. Rose doesn’t schedule 20 patients at 9am, she actually scatters them through the day. I drive almost an hour one way and she is definitely worth the drive!!

This is my go to urgent care which I have been using for a couple of years. Wait time is minimal compared to hours at the big name multi location Urgent Care facilities. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you are searching for a urgent care you will not be disappointed with this one.

Dr. Cunningham and her team provided urgent care when I had the worst flu of my life. They not only got me the treatment I needed (including an onsite IV for dehydration), they answered all my questions and helped ease my anxiety about how severely sick I was feeling. I haven't been to a doctor in YEARS and I'll never go anywhere else besides Dr. Cunningham's office. Highly recommend!

As a first time patient,i wasnt sure what to expect. As soon as i walked in, i felt welcomed. Dr. Rose Cunningham and the Dr in training were both amazing. They were down to earth,and very kind. Caring and thorough professionals.

Scheduled online and got right in next day, which was great. Staff is nice. That being said, thus far my visit hasn't done much good. Almost a week out from the appointment & have heard nothing back on the labs I had drawn. Called & chose the option to communicate by text, yet never did receive a text. Called again, no one answered & received no call back. Called a third time & chose option to make an appointment & finally got a live person who told me she'd have someone call me back. Still haven't heard a peep. I get that I'm in a different area now, but accustomed to getting lab results by next morning, so very odd to hear nothing back by now & a little frustrating at how tricky it's been to reach someone.

Nurse practitioner Cunningham of South Knox family care, is very compassionate, and approachable with a common sense approach. She saw my son for a knee injury and was very effective at assessing his condition and attending to his needs. We look forward to having her be our family physician for everybody in our family.

1st time Patient looking for a New Doctor for my entire family of 10. The Experience from beginning to end is one the best Experiences I've had at any Practice. The Front Office Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, The Nurse, I am bad with names, but I think it was Chelsea, was writing in-depth notes about my issues, and myself. This alone showed me the level of care of being provided by making sure She knows her Patients. Finally, the Doctor herself, like the Nurse, and Staff was very helpful, informational, and provided immediate solutions to my healthcare needs. My entire family will undoubtedly be coming to these Wonderful Individuals for our Primary Healthcare needs. I have been putting off getting an annual check up for precisely 3 years. I had a great experience at South Knox Family Practice the nurse was very knowledgeable and listen to all the signs and symptoms I was having the nurse practitioner was awesome she was awesome she said and listened to me and we actually work things out together and she looked at a whole entire bag of my vitamins after doing my whole established care visit and also it's very very affordable I do not have insurance and it was extremely affordable and that's much appreciated for people like me that struggle not having insurance I will definitely refer her to anyone else that I know that is looking for a doctor or a walk-in clinic for sure
